I bought my Kenmore gas oven back in 1996. After serving my household needs for 10 years my oven stopped keeping the temperature accurately and consistently. So I called Los Angeles Appliance Repair. When I called them, after a few minutes on the phone with their customer service department, they suggested that I check if my gas valve was open all the way. Sure enough the gas line had bent after the oven was moved a week before the problem appeared. Some companies would try to make more money out of this situation, by sending a service tech to my house. But Los Angeles Appliance Repair suggested the best solution for me, at the least possible cost to me, and I appreciate that.

Excellent Experience with Los Angeles Appliance Repair

I have a rental property in North Los Angeles and I used Los Angeles Appliance Repair to fix my Whirlpool washer—since my tenant told me that the washer wasn’t spinning and they couldn’t do their laundry.

The technician who came to do the repair was excellent. My tenant told me that he showed up on time, exactly as they promised, fixed the washer right away and left the working area very clean. And the repair process was superb. Once the technician found the problem he call me directly to tell me what the problem was and how much it would cost. The payment was done over the phone and within hour the washer was working.
